Unload CSS in 6.1

description

With the change in the way DotNetNuke handle's client resource files, unloading a CSS file no longer works in 6.1. I've asked Ian Robinson, but he's not sure of a strategy to do this in 6.1, although he said he would think about it.

I have been so busy I did not have time to test in 6.1 yet.
I'll look at it, but that will somewere next week.
